In registering for the Software, you agree to (1) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by our registration form (‘Registration Data‘); and (2) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. You represent that you are not a person barred from using the UCCC Software under the laws of the United States, your place of residence or any other applicable jurisdiction. You agree not to create an account using a false identity or information. You agree not to create an account or use the UCCC Software if you have been previously removed by UCCC, or if you have been previously banned from any of the UCCC Software. Conflicts. In the event of any conflict between these Conditions of Use and any other Universal Cross-Connection Control or third-party terms applicable to any portion of UCCC Software, such as open-source license terms, such other terms will control as to that portion of the UCCC Software and to the extent of the conflict.
UCCC may investigate and/or suspend your account or access to the UCCC Software if you violate any of the above policies. UCCC reserves the right to immediately terminate your account or access to the UCCC Software without further notice in the event that, in its judgment, you violate this Agreement.
